Product Introduction

      HLSSZB series plate feeder manufactured by our company consists of medium and heavy type with advantages of sturdy, durable and reliable performance.    
      Medium type plate feeder belongs to intermittence feeding machine applied for short-distance conveying of materials whose feeding size is lower than 400mm. This kind of feeder allows to convey massive and graininess materials whose stacking density is not more than 2400kg/m3, block weight is not more than 500kg and temperature is not higher than 400℃. The inclined angle of installation is generally not more than 25.
      Heavy type plate feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building material and coal and installed below the storage bin and funnel. It’s especially suitable for primary crushing. During usage, large block materials striking the chain plate directly and explosion on the surface of chain plate are seriously forbidden. The installation angle is 0°-12°.

Operating Principle

      Power of the motor drives the sprocket shaft to rotate through coupling and reducer. By meshing of the sprocket and chain, chain plate does a continuous linear motion. The chain plate is supported by the supporting wheel and sprocket which are installed on the rack. Then, adjust the tension device to make the chain mesh the sprocket correctly to achieve the goal of conveying materials.
