Product Introduction

      When crushing, it is easy to cause block if the water content of feeding materials is too high. This will lead to low crushing efficiency, high vibration and quick wearing. Cannot ensure the particle size, if the material is coal, this will reduce combustion efficiency and cause coke at the boiler bottom. In view of this situation, we provide a machine which can do crushing and screening together.    

Operating Principle

   This machine has screening distributor and roller crusher. Two toothed rollers revolving in opposite directions makes it no need for vibrating screen. The materials come into the crusher directly; rollers teeth are crossed with each other which can crush materials with effects such as cutting, splitting, breaking, pulling, etc. Meanwhile, materials rolled over and over during crushing so that the crusher can find the most fragile position for crushing. 

Main Features

    1. Pre-screening distributor can do screening and distributing together which can solve uneven wear of tooth plates to ensure discharging size.

    2. Compact structure, small installaton space.     

    3. High output, uniform particle sizes, that are 10-15mm adjustable.

    4. The adopting of a special kinematic principle makes the crusher no sticks and stop-up and no particular moisture requirement of the materials.

    5. The toothed plate is forked tail type which adopts sliding lockers to fasten the plate and achieves easy removal of it.

    6. The design takes fully advantages of pull crushing theory and kinetic energy principle to reduce idle work. Thus, its energy assumption is 50%-70% of same type’s ring hammer crusher.

    7. Change lubricating oil automatically to protect the bearing and prolong its usage life. 

    8. New escaping structure of the pull crusher makes use of lever principle to increase range spring’s stiffness and extend range spring group so that escaping distance of single side reaches 40-45mm, ability of passing through hard things for the crusher has improved and displacement adjusting becomes convenient.

    9. Each toothed roller's vibration frequency is different, but they cancel each other. Vibration and noise greatly reduce (without damping platform), and live load is 1.3 times of dead load with small impact on the building.  

   10. Humanized design, easy to change wear parts and convenient to do equipment checking and maintenance.
