      HLSFGZ series roller screen is a kind of special screening equipment developed by our company. The operating principle is when materials come into screen box from the feeding port, under the dual functions of weight and rotation, materials whose size are smaller than set value will be screened directly without entering the crusher, and materials whose size are larger than set value will enter the crusher for further crushing. During screening, materials overturn unceasingly and distribute even, thus, the roller screen is also called screening distributor.   

Operating Principle

Main Features

1.    Applied to 10mm or larger than 10mm;

2.    Handling capacity of unit area is large with stable and reliable running.

3.    Each screen shaft is driven individually. Either of screen shaft breaks down, the equipment can still run. All screen shafts are rotating at the same speed and in the same direction.

4.    The angle of the screen shaft and horizontal plane is 15°, which can effectively improve the screening efficiency and prevent blocks.

5.    Fully enclosed structure can effectively prevent dust rising with small noises and no vibration.

6.   Simple structure, small in size and convenient installation and maintenance.
