Product Introduction

HLSFGT series roller screen is a kind of special screening equipment developed by our company for the power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It overcomes blocking problems in sieving wet materials for all kinds of vibrating screen and improves the output and reliability of screening system. It is suitable for materials of all kinds of properties, and damp and easily blocked materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke born slaked lime. Undersize’s maximum is 100 mm, intermediate is 10-50 mm, the finest can be 5 mm below, and the products are favored by the majority of users. 

Opearting Principle

The main structure of roller screen is sieve tube which can adopts sieve plate, woven mesh, etc. Sieve tube is inclined with the horizon (dip angle is 6°-12°) and it’s covered by shielding can for environmental protection. When it is working, the sieve tube rotates at a certain speed, driven by the motor, materials enter the feeding port.  Under the centrifugal force, required materials ( fine stuffs) are emitted from the sieve and enter the next storage unit via the chute below, while the remained materials (coarse materials) enter the next process unit via another chute. There have cleaning device inside the sieve, can keep cleaning the inner time to time to meke sure there's no block inside and no affecting the sieving effect.
