Product Introduction

All toothed rollers crusher on the market adopt mechanical spring safety device, to adjust the discharging port, it will always achieve by man with long wrench to change the length of the spring or add spacers. But the dimension of four roll crusher is big, it will need the operator to climb on the crusher to do those, this takes time and isn't safe. Sometimes when the crusher is stopped due to there have unbreakable materials inside it, we need to enlarge the roll gap so that the unbreakable materials can be discharged out. However, there are space limitations, and it takes time and labor to do that, it is not convenient to do repair and maintenance.

To solve this problem, our company combines the safety device and adjustment device to be a Pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder on the basis of HLPMG series roller crusher. Inject hydraulic oil into rod side, and high pressure nitrogen, can change the rod position by add oil or reduce oil in the chamber. Piston rod is connected with bearing base with lever so when the piston rod move, the roller can aslo move. And we can get exact roller gas by adjusting the oil quantity. This realizes easy repairing and maintenance and that's our HLPM7G, the 7th NEW ROLLER CRUSHER!!!      

HLPM7G the 7th roller crusher has all advantages of HLPMG series: efficient, energy-saving, environmental and intelligence. Mainly suitable for materials of the compressive strength value ≤80Mpa, particle size ≤300mm, such as coal, coal gangue, slag, carbon, etc. It can directly break materials to 10mm or below (more than 90%). Operating Principle

    Two motors drive rollers of the first and second level in the opposite direction. When materials comes into the first crushing level from the distributor. interlaced teeth crush the materials from 300mm to 50mm and below. Then, materials come into the second crushing level for further crushing from 50mm to 10mm and below. Rollers teeth are crossed with each other which can crush materials with effects such as cutting, splitting, breaking, pulling, etc. Meanwhile, materials rolled over and over during crushing so that the crusher can find the most fragile position for crushing. Toothed rolls only crush materials of bigger size, small size materials that meet the requirement can discharge direct to avoid over-crushing.

Main Features

1. Single crusher still has high output and the size is even. The size can be arbitrary adjustable in the range of 10 to 15mm.

2.  Air eddy offsets each other, meanwhile, the leeway of the feeding and discharging hoppers is approximately equal, which leads to no dust rising. There’s no need for installing special dust removal equipment.

3. The adopting of a special kinematic principle makes the crusher no sticks and stop-up and no particular moisture requirement of the materials.

4. The toothed plate is forked tail type which adopts sliding lockers to fasten the plate and achieves easy removal of it.

5. The design takes fully advantages of pull crushing theory and kinetic energy principle to reduce idle work. Thus, its energy assumption is 50%-70% of same type’s ring hammer crusher.

6. Change lubricating oil automatically to protect the bearing and prolong its usage life. 

7. No need for vibrating screen. One crusher can replace several traditional crushing production lines with the broken ratio 30:1.

8. Each toothed roller's vibration frequency is different, but they cancel each other. Vibration and noise greatly reduce (without damping platform), and live load is 1.3 times of dead load with small impact on the building.

9. Equipped with special open device, the first and second door can be opened convenient. It is easy to remove quick-wear parts.

10. Use sensor to do distance measure, numbers on the dial displays the roller gap distance. Inject oil by manual pump, or reduce oil by shut-off valve or lock, can adjust the roller gas easily and remotely. In the chamber, the nitrogen pressure inside the chamber can be adjusted at a certain range which means the roller pressure is adjustable, and since piston moving distance is long, the roller can move back far, this is most suitable for large crushers.
